The Sale

Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram – San Juan Capistrano entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to sell its Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership to Scott Gruwell, manager of the family owned and operated Courtesy Chevrolet, in Phoenix, Arizona. The Courtesy group, which has serviced the public for over half a century, also owns Courtesy Chevrolet – San Diego, and looks forward to serving the San Juan Capistrano community.

The Closing

The closing of escrow for the dealership took place on October 6, 2014. The buyer’s attorney was Eric Falbe, of Falbe Law, Phoenix, Arizona, while the seller was represented by Sheldon Cohen, of Callahan Thompson Shermin & Caudill, LLP, LLP, an Irvine, California based law firm.
