It’s happened more than once when hubby and I have both been so engrossed in what we’ve been doing that 9:00 pm has passed and yet no dishes had shown up on the table. Interestingly enough, whenever this happens, we’re most likely to have a craving for breakfast food. Especially on week nights, after 9:00 or 10:00 pm, it is not easy to find a restaurant that still opens. So, when I found out about the Village Inn at Winter Garden, FL (3130 Daniels Rd., Winter Garden, FL 34787, 407-654-0736), I was tickled pink because Village Inn opens til midnight as a rule and opens til 1:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays! Few nights ago, hubby and I were thinking about lunch food long after noon, so I suggested that we try Village Inn. It is only about 15 minute drive away from Windermere.
Upon arrival, we were very happy to find that they serve breakfast food all day long. The decores were simple and with “Joy of Good Eating” .

The friendly waitress also informed us of the Free Slice of Pie with any entree on Wednesdays. Wow, there are certainly enough variety of pies to choose from! Take a look!

Hubby ordered steak and eggs while I ordered my omelette with blueberry pancakes. I was pretty happy to be munching on my omelettes cooked from real eggs because some of the breakfast restaurants have been known to offer egg substitutes instead of the real eggs for breakfast meals. I was also surprised to find that this place even offers free phone charging station. What service! Our food was served quickly and the waitress very attentive. I will definitely take up on their “free slice of double crust fruit pie with any purchase on Wed between 10:00 am-10:00 pm.” on a future Wednesday. Next time you or your family will be in the mood for breakfast food, don’t forget that Village Inn at Winter Garden (3130 Daniels Rd., Winter Garden, FL) serves delicious breakfast meals all day long! And even free slice of fruit pie with any purchase on Wednesday!
