These words bring success.

Words are not only powerful, but they empower us for living.

Words have the power to:

create change

determine destiny

foster friendships

generate goodwill

produce peace

suggest solutions

transform thoughts

Words also shape the context of our lives.

We use them as vehicles of conveyance in books, essays, poems and
love letters, sometimes to inform and inspire, and other times to express our feelings.

Horace said,

“A picture is a poem without words.“

And as an old saying goes, “A picture is worth a thousand words.”

I have a deep curiosity about the invisible realm, so I wondered a long time ago if it were possible to bring abstract concepts into concrete form. I found out it was, by inventing an artistic process I refer to as “The Shape Of Words.” Each piece uniquely represents the thought and is displayed symmetrically.

For example, this picture says ‘Think about spiritual things.’

No words are necessary.

How else can we take abstract ideas and bring them to light?

The Power of Words To Shape Our Lives

Words have plenty to teach us on how to live.

ACTIVE APPRECIATION. John F. Kennedy said, “As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.“

CHOOSE CAREFULLY. Buddha said, “Whatever words we utter should be chosen with care, for people will hear them and be influenced by them for good or ill.” Eleanor Roosevelt expressed a similar sentiment when she said, “One’s philosophy is not best expressed in words; it is expressed in the choices one makes… and the choices we make are ultimately our responsibility.“

GIVE GENEROUSLY. Lao Tzu said, “Kindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates profoundness. Kindness in giving creates love.” That’s one reason why I live by the words BE LOVE TO OTHERS.

SAY SOMETHING. Maya Angelou says that, “Words mean more than what is set down on paper. It takes the human voice to infuse them with meaning.” I think Martin Luther King, Jr. would have agreed. He said, “We will have to repent in this generation not merely for the vitriolic words and actions of the bad people, but for the appalling silence of the good people.“

THINK TACTFULLY. The choice of our words also calls for wisdom. Think of how much pain and suffering can be eliminated just by thinking tactfully. Winston Churchill said, “We are the masters of unsaid words, but slaves of those we let slip out.“

THINK TWICE. Napoleon Hill said, “Think twice before you speak, because your words and influence will plant the seeds of either success or failure in the mind of another.“

TWO THINGS. The late, great Jim Rohn said, “Words do two major things. They provide food for the mind and create light for understanding and awareness.” Of course, awareness is the goal of authenticity.

Of course, regular reading combined with the use of dictionaries serves to increase your vocabulary.

Care to say a few words? Please do so here. Thank you very much!
May this day bring you great beauty.
