The title was supposed to be temporary, but the still hasn't thought of a beter one. His first article was warfare analyses. It was well received by his compatriots, so he continued his work.

He published two more warfere analyses before he was hired by presidential candidate, [[Petar Popara Crni]], to be member of [[Ministry of Information]] team (March 2013). As part of the team, he was responsible for warfare analyses, international politics and recomended reading, while other two members of Ministry wrote about internal politics, economy, and game changes. He also became editor-in-chief starting with second article. The next month (April), other two members of Ministry left the game, so he alone wrote the entire articles. His work continued in May as well. Even though the President was impeached and the government dissmissed, he continued his work in the Ministry, publishing articles every week.

It shows list of Top 20 (30 in later issues) citizens who have citizenship of Montenegro or are members of Montenegrin MU, sorted by damage dealt. New issued is published at the start of each month. Damage is given according to [[egov4you]], meaning damage dealt with bombs and rockets is not counted. What counts is regular and guerilla fights. The series was criticised by some players because of this, mostly players from first and second division, who deal most of their damage using bombs and rockets.

Bogohulja came up with the idea of creating a parody of Game of Thrones regarding situation in Montenegro at the time. He and his RL friend [[Hindoid]] used a scene from GoT season 3 to show that [[PyrrusOfEpirus]] is no true ruller, but only officially President, while having no authority. Parody was well received by community in Montenegro, so they decieded to make another one. Not as successful as the first one, it still got 59 votes (compared to 69 by the first one).

Bogohulja sometimes translates articles from Serbo-croatian to English for other players. He also translates game updates from English, so that the players from Montenegro and Serbia could understand it. He has also done proofreading of a few articles, not being able to look at poor grammar.
