The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride is an international charity event for classic and vintage motorcycles that raises awareness for prostate cancer and mental health. It’s being championed by a number of well known riders, not least, Mr Steve Peat.

The rides are happening all over the world with UK events all over the country. The slideshow above is from Peaty’s local ride in Sheffield, organised by Richard Baybutt, Jordan Gould and friends.

The idea of the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride is for thousands of gentleman, from all over the world, to look dapper and ride their bikes together. It was inspired by a photo of Mad Men’s Don Draper astride a classic bike and wearing his finest suit. Riders are encouraged to dress sharp, groom well and be on their best behaviour! The style guide is available on the ride’s homepage.

You can find out more about the event at gentlemansride.com.
