When I’m shopping for gifts, sometimes I forgo the usual single gift and create a special collection of gifts. All of the gifts could follow a certain theme, or they can be totally random based on who will be receiving that gift. I was able to browse the Walgreens Happy & Healthy Holiday guide and the gift ideas just started popping into my head. On the very first page, they had some great stocking stuffer ideas, with an entire stocking filled with items that would be perfect for Gil.

That stocking started my search for the perfect combination of items to great a special gift pairing for Gil. The Walgreens Happy & Healthy Holiday Guide has an entire section of gifts for him, including several tools. We’ve been doing a bit of work around the property and as Gil says “Having the right tool makes a big difference.” The gift guide also has some great electronics, like the Portable Power Pack charger from myCharge, which allows you to charge your phone or tablet without an outlet, and portable Bluetooth speakers which means Gil can listen to music while he’s fishing or on the lake.
As I was flipping through the different gift ideas, I couldn’t help but notice the amazing pet gifts that were in the guide. While the dogs would probably be happy enough with a dog treat, this super cute dog house and cozy pet bed would definitely be a comfy gift for the dogs. (Then again, with three dogs, that means 3 houses and 3 pet beds… They’ll just have to learn to share and take turns.)
Admittedly, I couldn’t help but notice some things that I would love as well. While the Walgreens Holiday Guide has several great makeup and beauty ideas, the Living Solutions Sherpa Throw blanket would be perfect for our movie nights. Pair that with some Lindt Lindor chocolates and a nice scented candle and you have a gift idea winner in my book.
