(Note:  The above photo, and many of the following links go to my At Home site. If you make a purchase, of course I will make some income.  Thanks for your support of my blog, and enjoy the savings!)

So–you all know by now that I am:

1.  Frugal

2.  Concerned about buying quality products

3.  Concerned about health

What you might not know is that I do like things to “look nice” as well.

Covering all of those bases can be hard when you run a whole food household and a blog–and you homeschool–and–and.

You get the idea.

Well, today I am introducing you all to a company that I started buying from and working with because:

1.  They have GREAT prices.

2.  They care about quality.

3.  Their tabletop and bakeware items meet or exceed strict lead and cadmium requirements (keep reading to find out more)

4.  They have beautiful products.

And…now through Monday, August 12, they are having an AMAZING SALE that I knew I needed to tell you all about.

The Summer Sale items are already heavily discounted, but now you can get $25 off your Summer Sale purchase of $50 or more.

–this is basically like you are getting them for next to nothing.

Super Bargain Basement prices.

Here’s how I found out about At Home.

We’ve been needing some new dishes for a long time (we’ve had a rash of broken plates, bowl, and glasses in our home–sigh), and I was looking for something plain with a yellowish tone to brighten up our dining area.

I wanted something high quality–And with no lead or cadmium.

Did you know that you have to be careful about lead and cadmium in tableware?

Well, you do.

I didn’t know that until about 2 years ago, but it turns out that there is lead and/or cadmium in the coating of a lot of dinnerware–and in some ceramic bakeware.  So–be careful what you buy.

Anyhow, a friend of mine had started working with At Home, and she invited me to check out their offerings.

I loved so much of what I saw on her site.

Here’s what I found…

1.  I love the prices.

Their regular prices are already decent, but their sale prices are GREAT!

They have Daily Deals, Flash Sales (that change every week) and right now they have a Summer Sale with some prices that are just amazing.

2.  I love the quality

Many of the products that you see on the At Home site are things that you will see in other upscale stores, like Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, Joss & Main, and Ballard Designs.

In fact, I have been told that their furniture is made in the same factory as Pottery Barn’s.  Sigh…love that look, but don’t love the price .

3.  Lead and Cadmium

And, according to At Home’s Headquarters, their tableware all meets or exceeds Prop 65 regulations for lead and cadmium, so I was thrilled.  (Of course, if you are concerned about a particular product, check with their customer service first.)

4.  Nice-looking products

I love the look at Pottery Barn, but we can’t swing those price tags.

Plus it’s a lot more fun to get a great deal and have money left over to spend on other things, right?

Turns out that At Home has a bunch of housewares at prices that appeal to
cheap
er frugal homemakers like me .

And after looking around a ton, I thought that I would easily turn to this company again and again.  For myself, for presents (think wedding, Christmas, birthdays…), and more.

So–back to the dishes.  I signed up with At Home, bought these beautiful (at least I think they are) plates–along with a few things for our home.

Really, just a few–I restrained myself.

So now, since At Home is having a Super Sale, I wanted to introduce them to you.

Right now, through Monday, August 12, you can get $25 off your Summer Sale purchase of $50

And with discounts as low as they are already in the Summer Sale section, you are really getting these for next to nothing. Check out the examples below:

Khaki Serving Bowls (Just $5.50 with the coupon)

Sage Mugs–Four for $4.50 with coupon

Photo Coasters–$2.50 after coupon

or this Vintage Give Thanks Sign – Just $6.25 after coupon.

And while you’re there, you might want to check out the other great prices they have on items like these:

Norpro Ice Pop Molds–Just $6.49

(These are silicone so you can use them even with candida-diet-friendly sweeteners. Yippee!)

Norpro Ice Cream Sandwich Maker–Just $4.99

(Can’t wait to try making gluten-free or grain-free cookies with dairy and sugar-free ice cream into sandwiches with these !)

Norpro Garlic Keeper–Just $7.99

(I just bought a garlic keeper, the day before I saw this one.  Sigh. I really need a garlic keeper.  I currently have those little pieces of garlic “skin” on my counter since the cloves have no “home.”

And there is much, much more.

Now, just a note about shipping.

At Home is a wholesale company, so it takes awhile to get your products, but I don’t mind waiting for prices this good.  (Products are typically shipped within 14-21 days of your order.)

And also, if you are interested, I have a limited amount of 20% off coupons that I can offer to any of you.  They can’t be used at the same time as the $25 off coupon code, but just leave a comment here or email me at wholenewmom at gmail dot com and I will be happy to send you a 20% coupon code that you can use for almost anything on the At Home site.

So I hope this is a blessing to you.

The Summer Sale items will go quickly, so don’t dawdle.  Like I do.
