HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Panoply, the southeast’s premier arts weekend where Huntsville’s innovative spark shines through a festival of art, music and more, is coming back to Big Spring Park April 25 – 27.
Panoply features the best local and regional music and art, numerous fun events for kids, the Panoply Arts Festival, and many food and beverage vendors, among other events!
Dozens of music and arts performances will be featured on stages throughout Big Spring Park. Click here to find a list of bands and performances.
Adults will love the beer and wine garden, featuring craft beers, great wines, and food pairing lectures. You will be able to choose a draft beer or wine and stroll throughout the festival as you enjoy your beverage. Click here for a beer and wine list.
Perhaps take your beverage and peruse the Panoply Art Marketplace, which offers an eclectic blend of artisans working in clay, drawing, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, wood, bonsai and more.
Artisans across the United States will competed for acceptance in the Art Marketplace. Accepted artists not only have the opportunity to display and sell their one-of-a-kind artwork, but also to compete for top monetary awards including the “Pat Flynn Kyser Best of Show Award,” the “Award of Distinction,” and five Merit Awards.
Be sure to know what items are and aren’t allowed. Coolers and outside food and beverages not allowed. Strollers or small wagons are allowed and will be helpful for small children. Please note that no pets or animals are permitted at the festival, with the exception of service animals accompanying handicapped individuals.
