Panel Discussion at the Central Library:  Speak Up!  Speak Out!  Our Voices Matter!

We are proudly hosting a special panel discussion empowering youth to stay in school – it is cool to be smart.  This program is presented by the Congress of Black Women of Canada (CBWC), Oshawa/Whitby Chapter and Ajax/Pickering Chapter, Durham Welcome Centre and Immigrant Services, Cultural Expressions Art Gallery Inc., and the Whitby Public Library.

Open to those 16 years and older.
