Need a quick caffeine fix to perk up your gloomy rainy day? Here’s a treat for all you coffee addicts living/working in and/or around Eastwood City!

Cafe Enye

Cafe Enye makes a perfect hideout for people who aim to enjoy honest to goodness coffee and colonial Spanish dish. I’ve been hearing quite a lot of good reviews about their food, so I plan to visit again soon, to try out their other best sellers.

while taking a break…

For this visit tho, we only had drinks plus my friend really wanted me to try  their churros… She said they were divine!

Here’s what we had:

Blended Mocha P170 (Blended drink with coffee, chocolate and milk) for my buddy Nina

A dreamy heartwarming cup of classic Cafe Latte P110 (Espresso with steamed milk) for me

and a sleek ‘n sexy glass of The Night’s Watch P180 (Cold espresso, vodka, Bailey’s Kahlua-martini style) for Jara

Churros! MUST TRY!

Churros with Vanilla Custard and Dark Chocolate Dip (P135)

Woah! I never expected their churros to be THIS good! Warm, crispy on the outside and oh so soft n’ moist on the inside. The thick vanilla cream custard made it even more irresistible! Seriously, this is now in my personal list of best churros in the metro.

Costa Coffee

From meticulously picking the best beans, to its careful slow roasting in Old Paradise Street in London, Costa Coffee guarantees that only the perfect mixture is used for their drinks.

Unlike other coffee chains, Costa Coffee uses only one blend, the Mocha ltalia, a closely guarded secret originally created by the Costa Brothers when they started their brand. It was created from the perfect combination of Arabica and Robusta beans, making it smooth, round, and rich. And since they opened here in Manila, Costa Coffee never fails to provide patrons with extraordinary coffee experiences.

The MUST haves…

Craft Coffee Revolution

I’ve always been a tea person, until a friend from WhenInManila.com introduced me to Craft Coffee Revolution over a year ago at their E. Rodriguez branch.

I’m really glad that they now have a store here in Eastwood! I remain a happy satisfied customer ’til today, and they will always be in my list of best coffee shops in the land!

Try their Hot Matcha, Cappuccino and Brewed Coffee (Brazil). As for dessert, I recommend their Molten Lava ala Mode and my favorite Frozen Brazo!

Cheesecakes by Guy

I’ve always admired Chef Guy for his cheesecake creations…hands down. Thanks to my friend Tinay, I also discovered Chef Guy has these bottled cold brews that are so delightfully good! If you feel like having cold coffee, I highly recommend you try  their 24 hour cold brews and iced Latte!

And if ever you need a warm soulful cup of your favorite Cappuccino, well, you know where to go.. =)
