Good news everyone, Alvvays have announced more shows in the UK! After a breakout year in 2014, things just seem to be getting better for the Canadian indie-pop band. Having stolen hearts all over the place with, single, 'Archie, Marry Me' they've ridden a wave of critical acclaim right to SXSW where it sounds like they had a pretty awesome outing too.
Their debut record came out of nowhere to become one of the most talked about records of last year and their last run of shows across the Atlantic were packed out, so it's no surprise that people are excited for them to come back - and now you've even more chance. The band begin their tour at the Reading & Leeds Festivals in late August before hitting towns and cities across the UK for headline shows throughout September.
