The series consists of 4 qualifying rounds to be held in Jakarta and Bali, and 1 final round, location to be confirmed.

We are delighted to present an exciting and innovative new amateur golf series, the first ever ”Indonesia Ultimate Golf Series” set to launch on November 3rd, 2016 in Emeralda Golf Course Jakarta, in an effort to bring the “game of the business people” to attract many overseas entrants to visit Indonesia and for them to enjoy not only the world class golf courses, but also the many wonderful attractions Indonesia offers.
It is hard not to be enraptured with the vitality and sheer energy of the Indonesia Ultimate Golf Series with a first prize of a trip for 2 to The British Open in 2017. One of the highlights of this golf series is the prestigious prize to The Open Championship often referred to as British Open – golf’s oldest championship course which dates back to 1860 and that all golfers dream to play on. Two final winners will go and see The Open at Royal Birkdale next year in 2017.
These golf series events consist of 4 qualifying rounds and a final round in the span of 8 months from 2016-2017– Two in Jakarta and two in Bali with the final round location to be decided. Golfers get to enjoy a great mix of business and pleasure as Jakarta and Bali is the city’s most happening destination for modern travelers in Indonesia.
The event is set in four qualifying rounds in two of the most travelled destinations in Indonesia, Jakarta and Bali – to give flexibility of the availability time for golfers to join-in – 2 times 2016 (November 3 at Emeralda and December 3 at Nirwana Bali Golf Club) and 2 times in 2017 (February at Sentul Highland Golf Club and April 15 at New Kuta Golf Club) with the top 30 from each series to play in the Final in May 2017 (location to be confirmed).
The 4 rounds golf tournament offers a vast range of intercontinental itineraries with stableford on handicap system for the tournament. Players need to finish in top 30 of only one round to qualify for final and chance to win this prestigious prize. It will be a professionally run series with respected golf & rules personnel on the organizing committee.

EVENT FORMAT:
The competition is conducted on 18 holes round based on Stableford on handicap format. Each round (qualifying and Final round) shall be played independently.
Each of the qualifying event’s prize will be awarded for Nett and Gross, Longest Drive & Nearest the Pins
Each player must complete at least 2 qualifying rounds to qualify for the final round
Best points will be counted for players who decided to complete in more than 2 qualifying rounds
The 10 players from each qualifying round based on best net, will proceed to the series Final in May 2017.
Players’ handicap during Final round will be adjusted based on the “Handicap Revision Chart”.
The Winner will be the player with the best point at the Final Round
The series is collaboration between Bespoke Indonesia and Easy Golf Bali, partners with a wealth of experience in golf and golf events in Indonesia. The team has appointed Eddie Pantja as Director of Golf to oversee the rules and conduct of the competition. Eddie is well known as a national certified referee – and is actively involved in many golf association namely Indonesia Golf Association – Rules Chairman, Asia Pacific Amateur Status Committee Member, Asia Pacific Golf Confederation Referee/Rules Committee and Secretary General of Indonesian Golf Association Bali Chapter.
Each round in the series will be exciting and full of fantastic prizes and activities. Play & Stay packages have been created around each round of the series allowing players to practice before the competition round and enjoy activities and facilities following the competition. We will be offering attractive accommodation packages for international participants to experience the delights of Indonesia.
A golf days tailoring itineraries and celebration makes a specific interests and attract golfers from Indonesia, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong. This unique event has already attracted major sponsorship from commercial to tourism sector with many more companies looking at coming on board to expose their brands with the huge impact the series will gain.
These 4 series of golf events expect to attract around 500 guests (golfers, VIP and guests) during dinner celebration and this year promises, once again, to be one of the best golf series events of the season.

Started her career in hotel business in 1997 and later grew to golf industry years ago; She spent 6 years in China started from Director of Sales &Marketing in one of Golf Club which was awarded as the “TOP 20 Most Influence Golf Club in China” and became Chief Sales Marketing Officer in the head quarter and as CSMO, Cahaya served 6 companies in Real Estate, Hotel, Golf & Country Club prior working back to one of golf resort in Indonesia as Director of Sales & Marketing and got awarded “2015 Best Service Excellence of The Year by Indonesia Business Award”.
Drawing from years of the industry with specialities Formulation of Sales & Marketing plan and implementation for the group, involvement in design and pre opening, feasibilities studies, marketing development and implementation as well as her involvement by hosting a numerous international events and championship, she has came up with a unique, insightful, and authoritative yet fun concept for event guide which fits each branding and individual needs through Bespoke Indonesia, founded in earlier 2016.

BRIAN BOWLEY, CEO EASY GOLF BALI
Brian’s experience across all facets of marketing and promotion was gained during 30 years of during his career as Managing Director of a very large and successful advertising agency in Perth Western Australia. During that period Brian travelled extensively and was involved in several international marketing projects.
Having sold his interests in his business in 2005 Brian established a high end marketing and strategic communications consultancy Obal Group Pty Ltd which is still in operation working with several public companies and other clients.
Having a keen interest in golf and regularly organizing golf groups over many years in Bali, Australia and New Zealand Brian saw the opportunity to establish a golf business in Bali. Hence 2 years saw the establishment of Easy Golf Asia Pty Ltd which owns and operates Easy Golf Bali in conjunction with local Indonesian partners. This venture provides discount green fees, premium club hire, managing golf tours and events and has quickly become the largest operator out of the Australian market and growing rapidly in South East Asia, India, Europe and the middle east.
Brian’s marketing background has assisted the business to establish excellent working relationships with the Bali Golf Community and now in Indonesia via his involvement with Bespoke Indonesia in launching the exciting and innovative Indonesian Ultimate Golf Series.
Easy Golf Asia also has a shareholding in Easy Perth Events Pty Ltd which is a company managed by Ratna Hartoyo who is working on several projects in Australia and now Europe designed to promote Indonesian Tourism and in particular – golf.

Eddie Pantja has been appointed as Director of Golf for Indonesia Ultimate Golf Series to oversee the rules and conduct of the competition.
