Terms and Condition
Valid for Primary and Additional Credit Cardholders.
Both promo can be combined with rewards point redeem program up to 20% (twenty percent), with following mechanism:
Applies exclusively for HSBC Primary Card Holder, with condition that the HSBC Credit Card account is still valid and Cardholder: (i) does not have payment debts, (ii) is not in the condition of over limit, (iii) has not or is not doing any misused of HSBC Credit Card, (iv) has enough point rewards, and (v) has a clean record as a cardholder (as will be further determined by HSBC policy only).
Redeeming Reward Point can be done if the minimum exchange nominal is Rp.10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah), multiplication of Rp.10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah) applies, and maximum exchange is 20% (twenty percent) from the total of foods and drink purchase before tax and service charge.
Rewards point cannot be redeemed with cash. If the transaction value is bigger than Rewards Point Redeem value that will be used for immediate price cut, then the margin must be paid by Credit Cardholder with HSBC Credit Card.
Reward Point Redeem can only be done by Credit Card holder by inserting Credit Card to the EDC HSBC machine. The total of Rewards Point redeemed (cut) will be printed in Rewards Points Redeem receipt (cut) and showed in Rupiah currency.
Credit Card holder have to sign the Rewards Points redeem (cut) receipt that given from EDC HSBC machine.
Credit Card holder cannot cancel processed Rewards Point redeem transaction.
EDC HSBC machine can only be used for Rewards Point redeem (cut) transaction and cannot be used for purchasing transaction.
In case of any fraud/abuse in the Program, HSBC has the rights to charge the amount of the redeemed items to the Cardholder’s credit card.
In case of any discrepancies in the calculations of Rewards Points, Cardholder may file a complaint to HSBC no later than 1 (one) month after the HSBC points redeeming, and HSBC will not process any complaints filed after the said period.
HSBC has the rights to change the Reward Points value in this program any time with prior notice during the Program Period
If there is any damage in the credit card chip, Credit Card holder can contact HSBC Call Center at 64722 (from handphone), (021) 5291 4722 (for Jabodetabek area) and 0804 186 4722 (for further area)
Validity Offers
The program is valid everyday from 16 May 2016 until 15 July 2016, including public holidays (“Program Period”).
