A former Philadelphia sportscaster is heading to trial on felony theft charges.
Don Tollefson waived his preliminary hearing Thursday morning in Warminster Township, Bucks County.
He's accused of stealing more than $100,000 meant for charities.
Bucks County prosecutors allege that Tollefson fraudulently solicited money for charities including the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania, the Salvation Army and the Brad Fox Foundation and then misappropriated the money, victimizing more than 100 people.
If charged with the maximum for each offense, Tollefson could spend the next 44 years in prison, prosecutors said.
