Today, my friend and I attended #BestOfLA Beauty, an even hosted by MomAngeles.com and Los Angeles Mom Magazine. It took place at Brentwood Gardens and featured select vendors around the Los Angeles area. I was happy to learn about everything in one place (and a special thank you to my friend Jonna, who watched my kid so I could really enjoy the event!)

Blo Blow Dry Bar in Brentwood offered complimentary hair services. Their new location is on Barrington (11729 Barrington Court, Los Angeles, California 90049). I can’t wait until my daughter is older (her hair is certainly long enough but her patience is not), because they offer hair styling parties for kids!

DeLeon, the owner of Four Seasons Mobile Spa, offered complimentary mini-massages at the #BestOfLA Beauty event today. I asked for a neck and shoulder massage because that’s where I hold most of my tension. DeLeon did a great job, and after checking out the Four Seasons Mobile Spa Website and learning they have happy hour prices, he may be seeing me again soon!

Fleurish is a DIY floral service which makes you feel like an artist. I heard about it prior to this event from a friend, who made an arrangement with her kids for Mother’s Day. I’m glad I met them at this event, because I learned more about it. There are professional floral arrangers who assist in creating your floral vision. Options include: studio, events, and classes. Le Jolie Medi Spa
I’ve never been to a medi spa before, so I had no idea how many services are available that are non-surgical. The owner and medical director Dr. Parvaneh Rafaeloff was there and showed me some before and after photos of clients which blew me away. She was very nice and knowledgable and answered my questions.
