Set in scenic and historic Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, attendees will enjoy two days of celebrating food freedom and meeting with others who share the same passions. Here’s the plan:

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 5

Inaugural Food Freedom Conference (7 am-4 pm) - Locally-grown, nutrient-dense meals and an engaging conference featuring passionate and engaged food freedom activists at the Stonewall Jackson Hotel in Staunton, Virginia.

Local Food Street Fair (6-9 pm) – To honor Virginia’s own, Joel Salatin, featuring local vendors and live entertainment in beautiful downtown Staunton, Virginia.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6

Deluxe Tour of Polyface Farm (8 am-4 pm) – Farm breakfast followed by a premium 2.5-hour tractor-pulled haywagon tour of one of America’s most innovative sustainable agriculture projects plus a farm feast with the Salatin family, staff and interns near Swoope, Virginia.
