Broken Hearts & Promises, 2—3 Bloomsbury Square, WC1A; Sat 14 Feb; 6.30pm—midnight; £20—£25
The award-winning minds behind Christmas pop-up restaurant Nordic Yulefest have put together a whole new experience for Valentine’s Day this February…
The 500-capacity Bloomsbury House townhouse will host different interactive elements—including a love confessions wall, kissing booth designed by Lulu Guinness, and heart-shaped pinatas containing Lulu Guinness lip-shaped purses and other prizes—for guests to explore as they sip on Lanique cocktails.
But the main attraction is the menu, which features Rose & Prosecco slushies, cheese and jalapeno toasties and floral-flavoured macaroons. You can also opt to watch a pre- or post-dinner screening of Quentin Tarantino’s True Romance at the plush on-site Broken Hearts Cinema for an extra £5 (screenings at 7pm and 9.30pm). What’s not to love?!
