Empire State Realty Trust Inc., formerly Malkin Properties, recently announced two new office lease deals and four renewals at its class A office buildings in Westchester.

At 10 Bank St. in the White Plains central business district, NuEnergen L.L.C., an energy consulting firm, relocated its headquarters from 50 Main St. to a 3,435-square-foot space. Broker Richard Goldstein, of Goldstein & Associates Realty Inc. in White Plains, represented the tenant.

Kumon North America signed a new five-year lease for 1,445 square feet of office space at 10 Bank St. The tenant was represented by CBRE Inc.

Rabar Market Research Inc, an investment management firm, inked a renewal for its 4,147-square-foot space at 10 Bank St.  The firm was represented by broker Michael McCall of CBRE’s Stamford, Conn. office.

At 500 Mamaroneck Ave. in Harrison, Empire State Realty Trust signed Case Paper Co. to a 10-year lease extension for its 4,718-square-foot headquarters.  Craig S. Ruoff, of Rakow Commercial Realty Group Inc., brokered the deal for the tenant.

Other tenants renewing leases at 500 Mamaroneck Ave. were CoKinetic Systems, an in-flight entertainment software company, for its 4,668-square-foot headquarters, and C.H.O. Enterprises, a financial services firm, for its 1,538-square-foot office.

Jeffrey H. Newman, senior vice president of Empire State Realty Trust, represented the landlord in the transactions along with senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long.
