New boys – Celtic Ross Hotel’s new head chef Graeme Campbell and hotel manager Neil Grant.

THE Celtic Ross Hotel in Rosscarbery have announced another new senior staff member following the recent appointment of Neil Grant as general manager.

 

Graeme Campbell who has been the executive chef at the 5 star Hayfield Manor Hotel in Cork city for the past even years joins the Celtic Ross team as the new executive head chef.

 

Neil Grant said, “I am delighted to welcome Graeme to our team. He has wonderful experience and is committed to nurturing our core kitchen team and bringing his exciting fresh ideas to the table.”

 

With a wealth of experience in Ireland and Scotland Graeme brings his exceptional talents to the family owned hotel overlooking Rosscarbery Bay.

 

Graeme who is a firm believer in sourcing and using local produce said, “My goal is to supplement this amazing location with beautiful food.”
