I hate Mondays! The alarm goes off and I just feel like fighting with the first person that speaks to me. I think I will carry that feeling over to today and let you our faithful readers duke it out over a band that I find quite entertaining: “Eve to Adam.” Their hard rock quasi-metal is just the thing to get you all at each other’s throats with the “that’s not metal debate!”

With that said I leave you with Eve to Adam and spite all those that will hate on it before listening this is one good track of whats a great new album:

Press Release Below:

EVE TO ADAM ANNOUNCE SUMMER LIVE DATES IN SUPPORT OF ‘LOCKED & LOADED’

Mixing melody with molten riffs, Eve to Adam have it all covered, as evidenced by their full-length album, ‘Locked & Loaded’ (release date – Tuesday, September 17th), and the steamy/sultry video for the standout single, “Straightjacket Supermodel.” And this summer, Eve to Adam will be hitting the road for a month straight with the Texas Hippie Coalition, kicking things off on July 13th in Birmingham, AL, and concluding on August 16th in Abilene, TX.

The New York City-based band is comprised of members Taki Sassaris – Lead Vocals, Alex Sassaris – Drums, Gaurav Bali – Lead Guitar, Luis Espaillat – Bass/Backing Vocals, and Adam Latiff – Rhythm Guitar/Backing Vocals. And on the aforementioned ‘Locked & Loaded,’ the band collaborated with top-notch producers, including Eric Bass (Shinedown), who along with producer Elvis Baskette (Incubus, Falling In Reverse, Alter Bridge) cut the lead single, “Straitjacket Supermodel.” Writer/producer Dave Bassett (Shinedown, Halestorm) also offers several collaborations including “Immortal,” “Shut Out The World,” and “Let’s Burn.”

The numbers speak for themselves – “Straitjacket Supermodel” has received over 2,500 spins and counting (reaching a total audience of over 2.25 million and charted at Active Rock), received over 116,000 “likes” on Facebook and over 520,000 total views on YouTube, and has received airplay on Sirius Satellite Radio, Music Choice Rock, and Harddrive syndicated radio. The group is a Billboard “Next Big Sound” artist chart at #1; NBS is a weekly chart that tracks the 25 fastest growing artists online, and has toured extensively, hitting the major festivals including Rocklahoma, JJO Band Camp, and Rock On The Range, and has shared the stage with the likes of Halestorm, Chevelle, and In This Moment.

The early reviews of ‘Locked & Loaded’ have been most impressive, as evidenced by this write-up in Screamer Magazine – “Everyone has had the experience of listening to an album where you hear a couple of great songs, and then you skip one. A few more killer tunes, and skip another one. Right? Well, Locked and Loaded ain’t one of those kinds of albums. If you are a fan of melodic, indie-style hard rock (sorry, no growler vocals or slick, corporate rock here) you need to get this album. As in, right now.”

Gaurav is especially excited for fans to hear the album. “Although we’re proud of everything we’ve done in the past, from the very start of the writing process we knew this record had the potential to surpass anything we’ve done before in terms of songwriting, energy and sonics…it’s EVE TO ADAM 2.0 and we’re chomping at the bit for everyone to finally hear it!”

Soon, rock fans coast to coast will get an opportunity to catch the fast-rising Eve to Adam on a nearby concert stage.
