The primary role of the Enterprise Senior Project Manager is to oversee the development, management and implementation of enterprise wide initiatives as directed by leadership\. The Senior Project Manager will work with organization leaders and team members to develop and manage projects and project plans\. The primary responsibility of the Senior Project Manager is to hold the project stakeholders \(clients\) accountable in delivering projects on time and within scope/budget and assist in problem solving and issue resolution\. Senior Project Managers will lead multiple project workstreams for multiple clients; small engagement teams or components of large, complex engagements\. They are responsible for project execution & delivery, governance, prioritization, resource planning, execution tools, training and monthly reporting as they apply to assigned projects and new/improved processes\. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the supervision of assigned EPMO resources and staff through the completion of the project or initiative\. This role includes both administrative \(organizational\) and strategic \(consultative\) responsibilities for managing projects/initiatives\. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be asked to provide leadership to a variety of challenging roles, make significant contributions in a relatively short time, take responsibility for the way you manage your time, develop your skill set, and deliver creative, compelling insights to the client and assist in problem solving and issue resolution
**Required** **Minimum** **Education:** BS or BA Degree required\. Degree in industrial/management engineering preferred\. PMP certified preferred\. Will consider Associates’s degree and 7\-10 years experience inlieu of BS or BA\.
**Required** **Minimum** **Experience** : 7\-10 years in a project manager role including 2\-3 years supervisory experience with experience in a health care system environment preferred\. Consulting experience a plus\.
