Qualis Corporation is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to support the Air Force Operational Test Center (AFOTEC) Operational Test and Evaluation Support (OTES) contract. This position will be primarily based in Colorado Springs, CO.

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Candidate will serve as Qualis Program Manager in support of the AFOTEC OTES contract and Deputy Director of Qualis Air Force Aviation Programs.

+ Manage and support the AFOTEC OTES contract Task Order cost, schedule and performance requirements; recruiting and personnel management; customer interface; and monthly reporting requirements.

+ Support the Director of Aviation Programs in managing overall responsibilities for Qualis Air Force Programs.

+ Serve as Colorado Springs site lead for Qualis employees in the Colorado Springs area.

+ Lead and support business and program development for Air Force testing, Air Force missiles and space, and other Air Force, Joint and/or Combatant Command opportunities. This includes formulation and implementation of strategic plans for Air Force missiles and space domains and the Colorado Springs area.

Educational and Experience Requirements

+ Master's degree required in relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

+ Knowledge and proven experience with Department of Defense (DoD) capabilities, protocols, and program requirements required.

+ Strong leadership leadership skills required.

+ Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while being able to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines.

+ Must have the ability to quickly understand the customers' overall technical objectives and mission to provide effective solutions.

+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with customer interaction and presentation capabilities.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Project required.

+ Must be able to work effectively alone, unsupervised or within a group.

+ U.S. citizenship required.

Travel

+ 15% travel requirement.
