Times of India | Review By -Pranita Jonnalagedda Rating-6/10

However, Jyo Achyuthananda is the kind of film that will leave you with a good feeling. Riding high on emotions and relying on the performances of its actors, it is the eventual lack of clarity in narration does a wee bit of damage.

The Hindu | Review By -Srivathsan Nadadhur Rating-7/10

What of course takes the film to its destination is the lively tongue-in-cheek humour barring a minor sob-fest towards the climax, a happy departure from the Chinnodu and Peddodu one saw in Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. In fact, the director even hints at the contrast in a particular sequence. The character-distinctions are created well.

Indian Express | Review By -Krishna Vamsi Rating-6/10

Jo’s role also becomes little out-of-the script towards the end but Shouya-Rohit combination manages to make it a perfect family entertainer. Director Srinivas Avasarala has set a classic benchmark for a clean and a crisp script. This film makes for a good two hours of laughs.

123 Telugu | Review By -123Telugu Rating-7/10

Jyo Atchutananda is a beautiful film about love, brotherhood and family values. The engaging first half and a superb chemistry between Nara Rohit and Naga Shourya will entertain you thoroughly. Finally, if you just ignore the slightly slow second half, this is a film which can be watched with the entire family and come out with a big smile on your face.

Now Running | Review By -NR Review Rating-5/10

The first half of the film is completely entertaining and gives us a feeling of wow and nostalgic. But the second half drops in pace with few unnecessary scenes. Jyo Atchutananda is cool breezy family entertainer which is watchable and enjoyable despite having its share of flaws. It will work big time with the targeted A class audience.

AP Herald | Review By -Siva Kumar Rating-5/10

The issue with the film is that it is mostly concentrated around one thread which may not offer a full cinematic experience we are used it. Further the last thirty minutes of the film is filled with so much of sentiment and is also a bit slow. The success will depend on how the A class audience lap it.

Chitramala | Review By -Sai Kumar Rating-7/10

The first half of the film is very much entertaining and the director completely make the audiences involved in the film. The only disadvantage of the film is the second half. On a whole, with beautiful story line and screenplay, the film is entertaining. The slow second half is easily negligible. With some good emotions, the movie stands as a winner this weekend.
