Singer Jenn Wasner talked to Spin Magazine about the new album…

Little Scream

Montreal's Little Scream to open the show, she is currently finishing up her eagerly-anticipated second album, Dance in a Void.

Your Friend

The third Domino artist, Your Friend (in support of her debut album Gumption), will open the show.

Tour dates:

FLOCK OF DIMES

at 7th Street Entry

Tuesday, 10/25/16, 7:30pm ($12)

Flock of Dimes is Jenn Wasner’s new musical project. Wasner, as you know, is probably more famous as being one half of Wye Oak.

For the first Flock of Dimes tour, Wasner is offering unreleased music to fans who bought their tickets in advance, details listed below.

The first ever Flock of Dimes headlining tour starts this month, I can't believe it! I've put together an amazing band to perform these songs and create some really really special shows.

SO, I've decided to give away an unreleased song to anyone who comes out to see me live...with proof of ticket purchase.

Here's how:

1. Email info@flockofdimes.com

2. Provide venue name + ticket confirmation number + your full name

Then, we'll confirm your ticket status and send you the tune! This is the only way to get your hands on this song.

I really hope to see all of your faces this month and next. I'm super proud of this band and these songs, and it would mean the world to me to have you at the shows!

I love you all!

Little Scream (aka Laurel Sprengelmeyer) has been added to this show. Originally she was headlining the Turf Club, but they’ve decided to move her to the 7th Street Entry... which is really perfect for this all-girls show.
We previously mentioned Little Scream as the opener to cult-like musician Sufjan Stevens in 2015.

Confusing band name Your Friend (aka Taryn Miller) will open the show. We previously saw her with equally confusing names Alex G and Porches in April 2016 and wrote, “Kansas’ Your Friend (stage name for Taryn Miller) kicked off the event with some gentle songs from her debut album Gumption.”

Trash Talk

Those words from Trash Talk singer, Lee Spielman, really stuck with me. It didn't matter what city you were from. It didn't matter what kind of music you usually listen to. It didn't matter what age you were.
