Plese excuse, I'm not a web professional and maybe here in this forum I can get some help.

There are 4 days now since I cannot login into the infolinks website. I have messaged support twice and they told me that their system shows that i have logged about each day into the site.
What happens is that when I press the login button on to the infolinks website (with the good user and passwd) nothing happens. Is like that login button does not have any action. I push and push and the login page does not change.
I am using Win 10 and firefox
What I tried:
-clear cookies and history

-use different browsers (IE, Chrome, Safari)

-assure that I am on the good publisher site

-press login then trying to go directly from the navigation bar to the
publisher dashboard, with the good dashboard address (It shows me again a similar login page where I get the same result logging-nothing)

-use a different Internet provider (my mobile provider), a different IP and a different device (my tablet)

-use the facebook login (it says my account email is not linked with the facebook login)

-print the HTML source page of the publisher login and send it to infolinks support

Nothing worked so far, yet they told me that their system shows I was logged in at about each of my attempts.
What is wrong, please? Can anyone help me with this?
