I am the manager of Project Spark at DataSynapse. DataSynapse is an organisation that produces web software, primarily for businesses, but for individuals also.
DataSynapse Spark is the next generation of team management and communication software.
It incorporates:
Employee management
Employee recruitment
Finance (salary of employees, taxes, etc.)
Departmental and organisational management
SparkConference Instant Messaging
SparkVoice Voice Messaging
SparkSMS SMS Messaging
Email piping
All of these features are to be independent from any exterior project, and are to be integrated into one web application, which is highly secure, sophisticated, and has capability to be expanded upon in the future. Note, we own the IP for this project.
We already have a team of one Front-End Developer, one extremely talented all-round Developer, specialising in server-side technologies, and myself, the project manager/coordinator, however, we need some more team members to get this project on the go, so we can release it at some stage in late 2016.
If you would consider becoming a member of the team, please bare the following in mind:
We are not currently in a position to pay any team members, however, there will be some form of reward after completion of the project, once we begin to make a profit.
We only accept the most talented and trustworthy developers into our team, expecting them to not exploit their position, and to respect all other team members working on the project.
You must be able to provide a form of identification, sign an NDA and Staff Agreement, along with agreeing to the Terms and Conditions if your application is accepted. Going against any of these may result in legal prosecution.
