Are there any login page designer plugins that are free that can do what this one can do it?

It's the best login page designer I've come across so far, but you have to pay to unlock some of it's features. I'm just wondering, are there any free plugins that can do these things also before I pay for this one:
add image to the background
make login form transparent
round off the corners of the form
add logo of any size
change where the login form is at on the page
remove register link and link going back to the site
I've check out a few similar plugins like Custom Login Page Customizer, Theme My Login, and A5 Custom Login Page, but they can't do all of these things.
