Before I get started with all of the recommendations I want to let you know right of the bat that I partnered with The Baby Cubby on this post and am so excited about it. As a blogger I get a lot of companies that reach out to me to promote their products, and almost always I turn them down. Because if they don't have something that I personally don't believe in and that I don't think you guys would enjoy, then it's not worth tarnishing my name and pissing you guys off in the process with super annoying companies right? Right. Or at least that's what I tell myself in this quest to be a blogger and stay true to readers and myself.

ANYWHO. I was so excited to work with The Baby Cubby because they select the most amazing baby products for their shop and have the best policies, which I feel like can be hard to find. They are like the Nordstrom of the baby world, let's just put it that way. They spend tons of time researching the best baby products so you can feel good about the shopping choices you are making, have sleek stylish choices that both you and your baby will enjoy and they price match any and everything even with Amazon. They are a retail unicorn, they got your back is what I'm trying to say. Anyways, let's get on with the items.

Gathre Mat| This was a discovery through The Baby Cubby and it is the most genius thing ever for messy toddlers and babies. It's basically a wipeable leather mat that you can use for any and everything. Let me just tell you that we've had it for a little over a month and used it every single day. We put it over the couch if Joc wants to have a snack there, she uses it for play doh, tea parties, crafts, you ame it. It's a bit of an investment but something that will last us through all of our kids. I swear by it.

Briar Bonnet| Another Baby Cubby discovery. I quickly realized with babies that from all of their head rubbing and moving that hats wouldn't stay on for longer than a few minutes, which can be really frustrating in the winter when you want them to keep warm. Well bonnets are still a thing guys, and they are amazing. It never goes anywhere and this particular brand makes wool ones to keep them warm and their designs are modern and fun. I'm obsessed.

Fisher Price Rock 'n Play| This was something I added to our baby gear stash the second time around and it is a game changer. It's inclined to help babies with reflux, has breathable mesh sides so they don't get too hot, it has an automatic rock feature and is the perfect place to let baby nap or just sit for a bit when you need your hands free and folds flat for easy storage. Confession time, I actually bought two and haven't regretted a second of it because we've used one as her bed so that stays in our room permanently and the other one stays downstairs and gets shuffled from room to room. I have no idea how I ever lived without this.

The Dandelion Shoppe Baby Bum Spray| I miraculously came upon this because my sister in law sent this my way and once again, game changer. I'd never used a bum spray before and really didn't see a need for it but decided to give it a try. You know those ridiculously nasty toddler poops that stick to their bums and take about thirty wipes and all your dignity to clean. Just a couple sprays of this on their bum and it breaks down the poop and makes the diaper change so much faster and pleasant. It's also scented so that helps the whole you know, stinky situation. My toddler actually asks for "a spray" anytime she poops now. Plus it's a small owned etsy shop and I'm all about supporting small businesses.

Water Wipes| Newborn babies with diaper rashes are heart breaking right. Their skin is so brand new and soft and man I always felt so bad changing them and knowing they were in pain. This combined with my favorite diaper ointment and June has not had one single diaper rash. I swear by these at least for the first month of life while their skin adapts to the world.

What are some of the products you swear by?! I'm always on the look out for the best baby products!
