Oh, hey Monday (I’m trying to have a good attitude about you). This weekend proved busy in a good way, you know? Last weekend, I spent the majority of my time rewatching Lost from the beginning. 1. Hi y’all! I’m Sarah and I blog over at Life with the Casterlines. Although right now I’m not blogging at all because I am working on a re-brand, so there’s that.
2. I have been married for four and a half years to this hunk of a man right here, Roman.
3.Like I said, I’m working on a re-brand right now which means that I am also drinking a lot of coffee and maybe sometimes shouting at my computer. I am clearly a professional.
4.Besides drinking coffee and shouting at my computer, I also really enjoy painting.
5. In April of last year, we dropped everything and moved to a brand new city so Roman could begin his career in forensic science.
6.Sometimes I still glare at my coffee table when I’m sitting on the couch because of that stencil.
7. Running is an essential hobby that allows me to continue my chocolate and coffee habit….and also take pretty pictures of sunsets in my neighborhood
8. Duke is my baby-dog and I love him probably more than any human should love a dog.

1 – Hello I’m Amanda, the girl behind Kids and Cabernet. I’m so happy I created this little space of mine on the internet. It has become so much more than a hobby for me, I can easily say it is a passion of mine.
2- My family and I are fortunate to call Florida home, we live about 20 minutes away from the beach, so you can find us there pretty often – it’s one of my favorite places to go to.
3 – I am a stay-at-home mom to two kids (4, and 2) they keep me on my toes most of the day, but I cherish every crazy moment I have with these two – they make life so much more fun!
4- My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary last September, it’s crazy to think we’ve been married so long. We have learned so much over the years, and I’m so happy to have him as my partner in life.
5- As you may have guessed by my blog name, I’m a big wine lover. I usually have a glass or two a night (antioxidants people!) it’s my way to decompress from the day’s chaos…. well, that and reality shows
6- I’ve recently gotten into doing some DYI’s and I love it! So far I’ve made a rake wine glass holder, gold wine bottle centerpieces, and a wreath.
7 – My family and I are Disney lovers, and since we live relatively close, we go to the parks often.
8 – I’m a firm believer of fresh flowers always being in the home. They not only bring an elegance to the home, but make the home feel happy and inviting.
