Senior UX Designer required by Entertainment company to join their Product Design team.

You will work with the Creative & UX Director, newly formed UX team, visual designers, product managers, and front-end engineers to develop a wide range of user experiences from enterprise-scale e-commerce sites (B2C), client-servicing web applications (B2B), and native mobile apps (B2C and B2B).

You must have a solid portfolio of innovative, consumer/B2C and B2B web and mobile applications and a proven capacity for delivering easy to use experiences that people love.

Experience with heavy transactional sites or enterprise-level software is also essential.

Experience with Agile methodology or prototyping is a bonus.

You will need to be open to an almost start-up mentality (but with the resources and scale of a big company!). You will be expected to prioritize within a busy environment, while having the willingness to learn and adapt to how this complex company works. You will serve as an ambassador of UX helping the new Creative & UX Director establish UX processes in an organization that has traditionally worked without UX support.

You, in turn, will be rewarded with reaching up to 25 million customers per month with your design decisions, collaborate with awesome co-workers and internal/external clients, and enjoy a great and supportive working environment with a top-notch benefits scheme.

Position Responsibilities:

- Work on complex UX activities on large-scale, multiple work stream projects
- Use core information architecture and interaction design skills to take UX design deliverables through a full project lifecycle
- Conduct user and competitive research
- Identify user types, scenarios, journeys, and develop strategic UX vision
- Generate wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and other required documentation (using Viso, Omnigraffle, Axure)
- Understand long-term vision and strategic business goals of the department
- Help build UX processes and set documentation standards
- Conduct internal QA tests to ensure deliveries meet initial UX/design specifications
- Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests and maintain a database of test subjects
- Mentor junior members of the UX team on projects
- Work with the Analytics and product management teams to make measurable UX decisions
- Evangelize customer-centric design and continue to educate product management, developers, and stakeholders about the purpose and value of UX
- Keep skills fresh and be informed of best practices, technical trends and developments

This is a great opportunity to play a significant part in sculpting the company's digital offering and reaching out to millions of users.
