Now hiring for a Senior Strategist, the right individual will relish working in a fluid, non-hierarchical environment, and on a global brand, arguably the biggest in the world.

As digital lead agency, the Senior Strategist will push the digital creative and strategic agenda across the brand portfolio and as the client strategic lead you will create, implement and evaluate brand campaigns and on-going digital campaigns - particularly content and social media strategies.

The Senior Strategist will work with this leading international brand and its senior client-side marketers; plugging smart media and channel thinking into the creative process to help create bigger, better and more effective work.

Taking on a full role in the strategy team and helping to develop the skills of more junior members, the Senior Strategist will need outstanding problem solving skills, with the ability to apply both a rigorous analytical approach and a dynamic, abstract approach, to earn client and internal team confidence quickly.

Working closely with the editorial, creative and UX design teams, the Senior Strategist is an exceptional team player who will want to help define the agency's point of view on key issues and bring smart social and wider digital media thinking into the creative process from initial strategic and creative development to seeding, implementation and evaluation.

Spreading best practice and helping the company to make the most of new technologies and patterns of media consumption, the Senior Strategist will provide practical insight into how specific audiences are using social media to inform the development of ideas - social media is an integral part of all of the content strategies they create.

With the support and resource of an analytics team who measure what they do on a daily basis, the Senior Strategist will be one who can take these data insights and translate them into easily-digestible points and ideas for the client.

Obviously the Senior Strategist will deliver proven experience in digital strategy/planning and come with a strong media background.
