Mid-Senior User Experience Architect required by an agency who are fully-bought into UX already and even have their own lab but require someone to help champion UX among their clients as well as help build the internal UX team.

The agency also pride themselves on a good work/life balance so you won't spend countless evenings locked in dark room till the early hours armed with only pizza, coffee and a laptop!... not often anyway.

The agency regularly handle meaty projects for their clients - often doing responsive website rebuilds for well known brands. So they will need someone with previous RWD experience - please bear this in mind when applying.

They work in an Agile environment and you won't be on the only UXer there!

They want someone who is not only an expert within UX but someone who is business/commercially aware and able to hold their own in pitches and stakeholder management. You will also be required to handle workshops and influence the growth of the team.

You will be in a mid-senior position so management experience isn't required so long as you're personable, can engage clients and gel well with the rest of the team who are a sociable bunch!
This could be a great chance to work with some big clients and be given enough autonomy to not feel like someone's looking over your shoulder the whole time whilst still having a team around you to bounce ideas off of and work together when necessary.

Ideally you will be an expert with Axure or Omnigraffle and have 360 UX experience right through from User Research through to Design and some Strategy.

A portfolio that demonstrates your skills and experience within UX is must! So please don't forget to send that through with your CV.

Please apply ASAP to stand the best chance of getting an interview!
