Orlando Family Magazine has released the winners for their 2017 “Golden Fork Awards”, a list of 20 of the best dishes in Greater Orlando. The publication based their ratings on food, ambiance, and service, with showings from Disney as well as Universal.
The list starts off with the Braised Creekstone Farms Beef Short Rib from Emeril’s Orlando, Emeril Lagasse’s restaurant located at Universal CityWalk. Disney makes four appearances on the list; three of those from Disney Springs and one from a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. The Disney Springs notable meals are: Fried Chicken and Doughnuts from Chef Art Smith’s Homecoming Florida Kitchen, Braised Lamb Osso Bucco from Wolfgang Puck Grand Café, and Morimoto “Buri-Bop” from Morimoto Asia. Todd English’s bluezoo at the Walt Disney World Dolphin makes the list with its Miso Glazed Mero.
