MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Authorities in southwestern Minnesota are asking for the public’s help locating a missing vulnerable adult.
The Worthington Police Department says Edwin Castillo, 23, has developmental disabilities, and they’re concerned for his welfare. Investigators say he was last seen on Saturday at around 1 p.m., and they believe he left home on foot or on a bike. Police say Castillo is drawn to water, so he could be near a river or lake.
Castillo is described as 5 feet tall, 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair and may be wearing a red jacket and gray pants.
