Where are we now in the development of Downtown Wayzata? The annual State of the City Luncheon hosted by Mayor Ken Willcox will give you the latest. Mark Johnson of Civitas, the design firm hired to complete the Signature Project of the Lake Effect, will roll out the design plans and project dates for 2016. Bill Hagstrom, of Presbyterian Homes, will share a status update and the future vision for The Promenade as the development nears completion. There will also be an opportunity for Q & A.
