Elmhurst, Queens-based rapper Homeboy Sandman has a new project out – and he and label Stones Throw are being real cheeky with the distribution. RELATED: Cannibal Ox And MF Doom Team Up On “Iron Rose” The label posted to their website earlier today about Sandman’s new project, which is fittingly called Tour Tape. “Usually when one of our artists drops a new album, we’ve got some music for you – maybe an MP3, a track on Soundcloud, or a video,” the description says. “None of that this time around. We’re not even giving out the track list.” Sandman is currently touring with the supergroup Hail Mary Mallon, which consists of members Aesop Rock, Rob Sonic, and DJ Abilities, and Tour Tape will only be available at these shows.
