FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Perfect Paws Pet Rescue, an animal rescue non-profit organization, partnered with Pilots N Paws to bring a rescue dog to Fort Wayne to be adopted Friday.
Pilots N Paws uses volunteer pilots to fly the rescue animals to various cities to be adopted. They fly dogs, cats, and reptiles.
“It’s great to see these pets get out of high kill shelters and find homes,” Jason Christensen a pilot with Pilots N Paws said.
Pilots N Paws is scheduled to fly three more dogs to Fort Wayne on Saturday.
