Position: Senior IT Recruitment Consultant – IT & Technology Sectors (Executive Search & Recruitment Consulting practice)

Location: Chembur, Mumbai/ Thane

Age: 25 to 35 years

Experience: 4 to 10 years in IT / Technology Sectors Hiring

Qualification: Any Graduate (any specialization) . Though not essential, BCA / MCA / B.Sc.(IT) / B.E.(IT) qualification will be an advantage.

Other Qualities: Intelligent, inquisitive, confident, hardworking, self-motivated, persuasive, and presentable professional; with excellent English communication, interpersonal, convincing, interviewing, interpersonal and people skills; eye for detail; and confidence to interact with industry leaders and senior professionals.

Remuneration: Rs3.00 Lacs to Rs5 Lacs p.a. (Indicative & Negotiable). Plus Very Generous Performance based Incentives.

Experience: 4 to 10 years experience in IT hiring for the technical positions for the IT and Technology sector, preferably with leading IT Recruitment companies , with successful & demonstrable track record of achievements in closing a large number of middle level technical positions (both permanent and contract) in the IT & Technology sectors, for some of the following positions and skills:

For Technical Positions, like: Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Database Administrators, Project Managers, Program Managers, Team Leaders, Team Architects, Sr. Trainers, Software Engineers, Software Developers, Security Archers, Game Developers, Testers, Graphic Designers, Web-Developers, Technical Writers, Digital Engineers, Broadcast Engineers, etc.

For Technical Skills: e.g.: IT Hiring Skills: SAP, Oracle, Axapta, Mx-AxTech, Big Data-Architect, Linux, Python, Pearl, Java, JavaScript, JODC, Ajax, XML, Silverlight, Flash, J-Query, HTML, Spring, Hibernate, NOSQL, SharePoint, Hadoop, Mongo DB, HDFS, N2CMS, Fix Protocol, Android, iOS, BlackberryOS, Asp.net, Oops, C++, C+, C#, Crystal Report, Active Directory, Exchange Resource, PL/SQL, MYSQL, Maven, QT, Automation / Blackbox / Whitebox Testing, QA/QC, ROR, Enterprise Mobility, Digital Broadcast and Sound Engineering, Security, Archer, etc.; and more..

Role Profile & Responsibilities:

> Based on the experience & expertise and aptitude, you will be progressively assigned to work on the hiring the human talent with different technical skills, for the IT/Technology sector, in the Senior/Upper-Middle/Middle level positions.

> You will be expected to recruit the most-suitable human talent for the assigned positions within tight turnaround time (TAT) and cost-budget advised by the clients.

> Unless you are already have experience in hiring for the senior level positions, you may initially start here with mid-level positions, and as you build some success, you will be progressively assigned higher positions – upper-middle, senior level positions to work on; and these come fairly quickly.

> You should be open to work on hiring for some Non-Technical positions (e.g. Sales & Marketing Positions) for the IT / Technology sector companies, when needed.

Other Details/Requirements:

> We prefer Hands-on IT Recruiters mainly from the IT Recruitment Consulting firms. So, Corporate HR generalist may not apply.

> Candidate should be result-oriented and capable of owning responsibility to deliver results within tight time schedule.

> We prefer candidates with stable career record, having worked with just a few (1 to 3) employers, with average tenure of at least 2 years per employer.

> Candidates living on the Central Line, In/around Thane, Harbour Line, or Navi Mumbai side may find it more convenient to daily commute to work in our offices at Chembur, Mumbai/Thane.

Note: Younger recruiters with lesser experience, or fresh B.Sc.(IT) / BCA / MCA may be considered for Recruitment Consultant/ Associate Consultant/ Trainee roles depending on their profile.
