I have been dieting the last few months. I have been doing quite well during the process. The only thing I tend to have a problem with is portions during mealtimes. It will say to use so much of a particular item and honestly I have no clue. For this reason I think it is important to have a kitchen scale. It will help you to figure out how much something weighs and how much you will need to use.
I had the pleasure of reviewing a Eat Smart Precision Pro Kitchen Scale. I was excited when I received it. I took it out of the box and immediately started to read the directions. Which if I may say, are super easy. This has to be one of the easiest things I have ever used. It has an LCD screen on the front in which you can view easily and 2 buttons. Nothing difficult about this.
I also love the size of it. It is small and compact. If I don't want it out on my counter all the time I can simply place it in a drawer or cabinet.
It has helped to make my meal planning much easier. I am no longer guessing on portions to serve myself. This really helps me to stay on a healthy diet.
It also comes in a variety of colors.
I received the red one which couldn't have been more perfect. That is the exact color I have in my kitchen so it matched wonderfully.
I also had Gestational diabetes during all 3 of my pregnancies and how to watch a stick diet. I was lucky enough to have the diabetes go away after each birth but highly recommend this product to diabetics too. I wish I would have had it. It would have made my meal planning during my pregnancies much easier.
