I need help creating an image map for an artificial Kansas Statewide Election Race. I seem to have everything correct as far as I can tell except the image map that needs to be coded into the homepage and webpages for each of the four districts because the hotspots don't work. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the CSS file because no editing is required, since it is premade. I just can't seem to find reliable sources for the correct syntax or documentation.
