It’s been covered ad nauseum but it is worth repeating once more. A victory tonight will make the Villanova Wildcats’ Senior class of Josh Hart, Kris Jenkins and Darryl Reynolds the first ever class to go undefeated in the Philadelphia Big 5.
Even with the up-and-down nature of the City Series of late, that’s pretty incredible and again speaks to the level of dominance that the ‘Cats have experienced in their tenure.
The Owls likely won’t lay down for this one. They’ve experienced mixed results (wins over West Virginia & Florida State, losses to New Hampshire, Massachusetts, George Washington) but they clearly have the talent to push the ‘Cats.
