Banking innovation. The best insights and quotes from the EFMA Distribution Summit 2014 on digital convergence, digital and mobile banking, social media and e-commerce.
In the last 7 years, I contributed to a number of excellent EFMA events all over Europe. This time around, I couldn’t find the time to travel to France to attend the 2014 edition of the EFMA Distribution Summit and network with my fellow digital marketing professionals and together share our views on a range of banking innovation topics like mobile banking and social media banking.
You will find more about the event on the online brochure.
As for most events nowadays, if you couldn’t make the trip to beautiful Paris the participants did a decent job covering #EFMADigital on twitter: about 100 twitter users ‘participated’ and produced collectively a modest 600 tweets (including retweets).
Thanks to all the active tweeps and in particular: Brett King (@brettking), Alessandro Colafranceschi (@alecola66), Xavier Marin (@xaviermarin), Xavier Gys (@desventur007), Paolo Barbesino (@pbarbe), Elodie Gaussares (@ElodieG_33), Digital Banker (@digibanker) and the highly engaged James Bergin (@jamesbergin).
Getting a better grasp of the top trends in digital distribution and customer innovation is of paramount importance to any brands, whatever the sector, including the highly regulated financial services industry.
