A staffing agency seeks an RN/Case Manager to plan and manage patient care and coordinate with the PCP, SCP and all members of the health care team. The work is based in NYC, but has a work from home/telecommute option. Onsite training. Fully paperless office environment: must have computer, internet.
Requirements:
Necessary software includes but is not limited to: CCMS (CareEnhance Clinical Management Software), Sunguard Macess Service Module (electronic archiving), RightFax, VoIP, Virtual Work Platforms (using VPN), scanning and creating .pdf files (Adobe Acrobat), and MS Office 2010 software (such as Word and Outlook)
Prior HMO/Managed Care experience
