A car rental company seeking Remote Customer Service Representative to answer phone calls from customers. Work with customers on their reservations, either placing them or answering questions about existing reservations.
Position Requirements:
Authorized to work in the United States
18+ years old
1+ years of continuous work experience at the same employer
Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Available to work both weekend days (Saturday & Sunday)
Defined working space that is clean, ventilated and quiet
Working space with working smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit
PC meeting company requirements
High speed Internet access provided by a cable or DSL provider
This is a full-time employee position that requires no travel. Individual must reside in Toledo, Ohio, be able to work 40 hours a week, and be available for a six week virtual training class (Monday - Friday 9a-6p CST). Compensation begins at $12 per hour.
