A health services platform provider has a current position open for a Teleworking Payer Consulting and Delivery Senior VP.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Manage and deliver revenue and margin targets of the OAE consulting business
Lead and continue building the portfolio of offerings and intellectual property related to health plan operations functions
Lead, recruit, and retain industry leading consulting staff to serve the market and client needs in payer operations domains
Skills and Requirements Include:
Ten years payer operations experience with focus around both business and technology related projects/programs
Five years management consulting experience at the Senior Manager, Associate Partner or Partner level for consulting ORsenior leadership experience at the Strategy, VP level or above within large payer
Five years leadership and staff development experience
Proven track record of business development and C- suite client management
Demonstrated P/L and/or financial management experience
