A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Business Development Director. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Supporting the sales team to persuade prospects to use the company's revenue management products Subject matter expert for revenue management in new sales activities Assist with quarterly business reviews for existing clients in order to drive more opportunity where portfolios have not been fully committed Qualifications Include: Bachelors degree 5 years residential/senior or multifamily industry experience with a focus on selling new business and managing existing portfolios Knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and use of the internet Ability to train, guide others, and work well in a dynamic team environment
