A well-known tech corporation seeks Telecommute At Home Virginia Tech Advisors to deliver technical support to customers. Advisors will field inbound calls and solve technical issues to deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
Current enrolled student at Virginia Tech University through May 2015
Possess a cumulative grade point average of 2.7 or higher
Troubleshooting expertise with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
Customer service big picture with a passion for assisting callers
Ability to work from home
Quiet home office space with high speed internet and land line telephone
Available to work a minimum of twenty hours per week
Available to work full-time during the summer break and during school breaks
Complete pre-employment assessment and pass the criminal background check
This is a remote 20-hour per week employee position. Candidates must be currently enrolled at Virginia Tech University. No travel is necessary. Compensation will be discussed.
