Sprint today announced that its network in Lansing, Michigan, received

shared 1st place rankings for call and text performance,

according to a new

RootScore® Report by independent mobile analytics firm

RootMetrics®. In Grand Rapids, Michigan, a new

RootScore Report also shows Sprint received a shared 1st

place ranking for call performance, as well as an outright 1st

place win in text performance.

In Lansing, Sprint shares the Call RootScore Award for the third

consecutive test period, and in this most recent test did not record any

blocked calls. Sprint shares the Text RootScore Award for the second

consecutive test period in Lansing; and won it outright in Grand Rapids

for a second consecutive test period. Earlier this month Sprint reported

shared 1st place rankings for reliability, call and text

performance in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

In 89 other markets measured in the first half of 2015, Sprint has been

awarded a total of 120 first place (outright or shared) RootScore Awards

for overall, reliability, speed, data, call, or text network performance.1

“Our Michigan network gets better every day as we work to deliver the

consistent reliability, capacity, and speed that our customers demand,”

said Scott Santi, vice president of Sprint’s network in the North

Region. “We’re pleased with these latest results for call and text, and

we’re laser-focused on improving data speeds as we further invest in our

Michigan network.”

Best Value in Wireless

In addition to offering a significantly improved network, Sprint is

committed to providing consumers the best value in wireless. With the Cut

Your Bill in Half Event, Sprint will cut in half the monthly rate

plan for Verizon and ATT customers who switch to Sprint when they bring

in their current bill and their old phones. The offer provides unlimited

talk and text to anywhere in the U.S. while on the Sprint network –

regardless of a customer’s current plan – and matches the customer’s

data allowance for half the cost they are currently paying for their

monthly rate plan.2 Sprint will reimburse all of the costs to

switch, including early termination fees and remaining payments on phone

installment plans – no matter what is owed. Sprint will reimburse the

switching costs within approximately 15 days of successfully completing

the online

registration and providing a bill that shows the early termination

charge or device balance due via an American Express Reward card.3
