Been having connection problems from my pcs (probably since I took free 50M upgrade offer).

All equipment is powered off overnight.

I have a superhub with 2 printers and 2 pcs (Window 7 home and Windows 7 professional) on cabled connection and tablet, laptop, phones, kindles Wi-Fi extender on Wi-Fi (not all at the same time).

I switch on power and hub boots up ok (all lights flashing).

Power up pcs.

90% of the time I cannot get access to the web from the pcs. Wi-Fi access is ok (although on some devices it is painfully slow - others ok). I can see and connect to all devices on my home network from the pcs.

Try to logon onto the hub. Explorer starts and just spins. Sometimes it does connect after 10-20 minutes - usually not). When it does connect, I logon, access a page or two and then it drops out again.

Found a solution that pulling the power on the hub, leaving it for 10 mins. and restarting it usually gets internet access on W7 Home pc, not on W7Prof. I have to unplug its cable from the hub, leave it a minute, plug it back in and reboot the pc.

Once connected all seems fine but then drops again anywhere between 2 and 8 hours later. It has always dropped by power off time. Once dropped I have to go through the whole process again. Even when all working ok, logging on to the hub is very flaky. As I write this the hub logon screen has been spinning for 30min!!.

I have reported it and after resets and restarts it works - until I finish the call. To be fair, I reported it as a "no internet" problem as I was not aware that the Wi-Fi access was working at the time.

I see others have had superhub logon problems. Were they resolved permanently? Has anybody ended up getting an engineer out or swapping the router?

This is getting a real pain!!!
