Recently upgraded from an old 10mb cable modem service to the Super Hub with 30mb. This arrived with old firmware but automatically upgraded to R30 (?) when connected. Despite the dire warnings online about the device all worked well, no problems with wifi, speed or stability.

Am now having significant problems since R36 has been released, however, whilst similar to others on the forum they are not exactly the same:

- wired LAN always good - both speed and stability

- wifi - works for a short while after SuperHub reboot (perhaps an hour or two) then all connections fail to work although Windows 7 continues to show the connection as established with internet connectivity. Wifi connections include various Window 7, XP, Ubuntu, Blackberry, and Pure

- after a day or so am unable to connect to the management interface - browser shows page unavailable. Wired connections still works OK though.

- have tried the 54/145/300 settings and all give the same symptoms

- have also factory defaulted the device since R36 released

As a work around, I have now disabled wireless on the SuperHub and reconnected my old wireless router (need the gigabit ports to be active, so cant use modem mode). This provides a stable solution but is clearly not an optimal solution.

Really only providing this as feedback to Virgin as its taken me a few weeks to get round to logging anything and clearly from my perspective R36 still has stability issues which it would be great to get fixed.
